David R. Siebel, HIA
David is Regional VP of Capacity Benefits and Financial Services Group, Inc. After obtaining his BS in Mathematics from Montclair State University in 1989, David immediately began his employee benefits insurance career as an Underwriter for Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shied of NJ, Newark NJ. David’s career at BCBSNJ spanned 1989 through July 1994. David held various Management Level positions at Horizon BCBSNJ including Manager of Monitoring Unit, Manager of Sales Sales Support Division and Broker Sales Account Executive.
In 1994 David boldly departed Horizon BCBSBNJ to pursue a career as an Employee Benefits Broker. David joined the Brokerage firm Tribus Financial Group in Wayne NJ where he concentrated on building his own Book of business. Throughout the 1990’s the Tribus Companies was NJ’s largest independently-owned Brokerage firm.
In 2000 Tribus Companies were acquired by First Union Insurance Services where David was promoted to Vice President. In 2003 First Union Insurance Services merged with Wachovia Insurance Services – and David was now VP in the 4th largest Broker in US.
In March 2007 David left Wachovia Insurance Services to join the Capacity Coverage Group of Companies. David is an owner/partner in his book-of-business where he continues to concentrate on Core Employee Benefits (Medical, RX, Dental, Life/ADD, STD, LTD, 401K and Voluntary Benefits) for employers with 2 to 2000 employees.
