Capacity Coverage Company and Capacity Benefits & Financial Services are proud to announce the merger of EJA & Associates into our family of companies.

We have been working diligently over the past year to create a structure by which our two powerful firms EJA & Associates & The Capacity Group could amalgamate. What better way to start “2010” and a new decade then to consummate our relationship and form two new strong agencies in central Jersey; EJA/Capacity Insurance Agency, LLC and EJA/Capacity Benefits Agency, LLC.

EJA/Capacity is located in Bordentown, NJ, and has over 20 professional insurance employees and revenue in excess of $3,000,000. EJA & Associates, Inc. was incorporated in October of 1997. In May of 1998, the home office was opened in Cherry Hill, NJ and in December of 2003 moved to 217 Route 130 in Bordentown, NJ 08505. EJA operates as a multi-divisional independent insurance agency offering a full line of products to both Commercial and Personal Lines clients. While EJA/Capacity is an overall generalist, they do write many municipalities and contractors, and have a strong benefits operations.

EJA has a large and solid relationship with many carriers with Selective insurance company leading their line-up in premiums. Eric Aloi will continue to serve as President & CEO of EJA/Capacity and will run mostly autonomously. Eric began his career with General Accident in 1990 in their Agent Training program. In 1991, he joined his father’s business which merged with Anderson Jackson Metts (AJM) in 1993. Mr. Aloi became a senior partner in the agency and was instrumental in the
purchase of several small agencies.

EJA was formed in 1997 and in 1998 Eric left after purchasing a portion of the agency and launched EJA. Eric has built a solid management team that consists of John B. Schmidt, Stephen E. Walsh, Bernadette Twist, Donna Burke and Joanne Marino.
