Martin A. Lebson
CPIAL, AAI, ARM
Martin A. Lebson CPIAL, AAI, ARM is president of Capacity Worldwide Consulting Group, LLC, which specializes in helping foreign companies based in the US meet their insurance needs.
He has been an insurance agent and broker for over 30 years. He is the Past President of Bergen County Association of Independent Insurance Agents; a former Chairman, agents council for the Eagle Star Insurance Company of America; and former Vice President for the Bataleur Insurance Company (Bermuda) Ltd. He holds the professional designations of Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) (Life Member) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
As the former president of American Insurance Marketing and Sales Society (AIMS), Martin was team leader in mentoring the first insurance agents in China to earn the Certified Professional Insurance Agent designation. As a result of this experience, Martin partnered with the Capacity Group to create the Capacity Worldwide Consulting Group. His global clients include companies in the China, United Kingdom, Denmark, Argentina, Sweden, Mexico, Australia, and more. In 2005 and 2006, Martin visited Shanghai, China to work with new agents based in the Chubb office there.
